THE MAN, THE MYTH, THE LEGEND:
MITCHIE GINGRAS
Never in my entire life has a cartoonist angered me so much. His cartoon strip is full of the most bland characters in the most unfunny situations. I have been riled up by poignant political cartoons in my time, but those make valid and often clever points. "Dibbs" and "Dogs" are just plain insulting.
Now, don't confuse me with some type of cartoon-connoisseur. That I am not. However, I am a concerned citizen fighting for your minds, or rather your eyes. No one likes doing a Sudoku and having to see a shitpile in your periphery.
This blog is meant to be a tour of the stupidity that exists at the bottom of the comics section in the Arizona Daily Wildcat. I will take you on a textual journey and hopefully convey to you why you should be laughing at these gems.
PLEASE NOTE: The enjoyment of this blog would be better served by picking up a copy of the Arizona Daily Wildcat on campus and then viewing the comic alongside the blog. Due to copyright issues, I cannot post the actual strips here. (Nor do I have access to the digital files themselves)
